The six universal dives are asked of every subject at this tier. This is not one of them. It exists because of one thing this subject has been — executive / owner — and a subject who has not been that never gets this page. That is why this record has 11 overlay dives to write rather than a number every record shares. All six base dives were written first, and that ordering is a rule rather than a habit: an overlay dive published on its own is a page about the part of someone chosen by whoever built it.
This is an overlay dive rather than one of the six, and it carries a limit none of the six has: it can only see the businesses that issued public securities. That is a small part of the whole, and the page says so before it says anything else.
The six base dives and the other 10 overlay dives are listed on the full record.
A private company publishes no financial statements, so the hotels, the golf courses, the licensing agreements and the holding company itself produce no figure any page could honestly report. Two businesses sold securities to the public and therefore had to file. They are what this page can measure. They are not a sample of the rest, and nothing here should be read as describing it.
The same three letters have been a public ticker twice, thirty years and two exchanges apart, for two unrelated companies in unrelated industries. The first was a casino operator on the NYSE from 1995. The second is a social-media company on Nasdaq from 2024. Between them the letters were not in use: after the 2005 reorganisation the casino company traded as TRMP, and then, once it was in bankruptcy, as TRMPQ.
A search of EDGAR returns sixteen registrants whose name begins "Trump". Eleven of them are funding subsidiaries — shell co-issuers that exist so a casino could sell mortgage notes — and they file the same financial statements as the operating partnership above them. Counting sixteen companies would be counting the same casinos up to four times each. The two entities below are the ones that issued stock to the public and filed their own audited results.
This is one of seventeen dives on the full record, and the first that exists because of what this subject has been rather than because every subject is asked it. The same record is being built for Joe Biden and Barack Obama, neither of whom carries this overlay — so neither will ever have this page, and that difference is a fact about them rather than a gap in the record.
