The six universal dives are asked of every subject at this tier. This is not one of them. It exists because of one thing this subject has been — executive / owner — and a subject who has not been that never gets this page. That is why this record has 11 overlay dives to write rather than a number every record shares. All six base dives were written first, and that ordering is a rule rather than a habit: an overlay dive published on its own is a page about the part of someone chosen by whoever built it.
The neighbouring dives read the same filings for different things: Private Money reads how much he holds, The Companies reads what those companies earned. This one reads only the control columns — who may vote, and who may sell.
The six base dives and the other 10 overlay dives are listed on the full record.
Rows 7 to 10 of the cover page split a holding four ways: voting power held alone, voting power shared, the power to sell held alone, and the power to sell shared. Most coverage of a stake reports one number. The filing reports the split, and on this record the split is the story.
First filing in his own name. Sole voting power over six shares in seven.
Five days after he resigned from the board, one day after the second Chapter 11 petition.
The last filing before a fourteen-year silence. The old common stock was cancelled that month.
First filing after the merger. Sole voting power over all of it.
The high-water mark of both the holding and the share of the company.
Reports the transfer of 17 December 2024. Sole voting power goes to zero.
Same shares, same zero, a smaller share of a larger company.

Schedule 13D still reports the shares as beneficially owned by him, because beneficial ownership under the rule includes shares held by a trust of which the filer is the beneficiary. Reading the holding as having been given away would be as wrong as reading the zero as having no meaning.
One of seventeen dives on the full record, and the second of the four carried by the business overlay — an overlay neither Joe Biden nor Barack Obama carries, so neither will ever have this page. That difference is a fact about them rather than a gap in the record.
