The pattern is not stupidity, paranoia, or partisanship. It is a recognizable cognitive shape: a recurring set of seven structural features, six origin patterns, and six psychological levers that show up across centuries and continents. What happened

The original conspiracy that mainstreamed the genre. Real institutional secrecy (redacted files held until 2017, anomalies in the autopsy record) and a string of official inquiries reaching different conclusions — Warren Commission (1964) said one shooter; House Select Committee (1979) said "probable conspiracy" — left an unresolvable vacuum that 60 years of theories have filled.
